Kylee Leota is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer for Elements 4 Success.
​
Kylee spent over 20 years in the education sector, including leadership roles at both schools, and regional levels, After witnessing the inequalities of minority groups Kylee was driven to start Elements 4 Success with a clear goal - to empower and have a positive impact on, all my clients.
​
Further to the education sector Kylee works collaboratively across sectors including complex needs, traumas and early intervention, as well as transition to work sectors.
​
Kylee has also completed a Bachelor of Education and uses her experience and knowledge of working with diverse learners to support others, develop their skills to live, and to learn and create the life they desire both personally and professionally.
